Terms of Service

Effective September 30, 2026

These terms apply to this website and to every service you purchase from Pivot to Possibility LLC. In these terms, "I" and "me" refer to Ashley Jacot and Pivot to Possibility LLC, and "you" refers to you as a visitor or client. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

My services

I offer written, asynchronous career services for educators and education professionals, including the Career Direction Intensive, the Resume + LinkedIn Bundle, the Complete Career Pivot, and the Executive Career Pivot. Each service is described on the Work With Me page. Services are delivered in writing. They do not include meetings, calls, or ongoing access unless a service description says otherwise.

How the process works

  • You purchase a service through my secure checkout.

  • You complete the intake I send you. Your delivery timeline begins once I receive your completed intake.

  • I complete the work and deliver your materials in writing.

  • Where a service includes a revision, you may request one round of revisions within 14 days of delivery.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times are listed in business days and begin when I receive your completed intake and any materials I request. Incomplete intakes, missing information, or delayed responses may extend delivery. If I expect a delay on my end, I will let you know.

Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are due in full at checkout unless you choose a pay-over-time option offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and its partners. Any pay-over-time plan is an agreement between you and that provider.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by my Refund Policy.

No guarantee of results

I provide career strategy, positioning, and written materials based on my professional experience. I do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or any specific result. Hiring decisions are made by employers, and your results depend on many factors outside my control, including the job market and your own search activity.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your background, experience, and credentials. You are responsible for reviewing all materials before you use them and for confirming that they accurately represent you.

Ownership and use of materials

Once you have paid in full, the final materials I create for you, such as your resume and LinkedIn content, are yours to use for your personal job search. My frameworks, templates, methods, and website content remain my property and may not be resold, shared, or republished.

Confidentiality

I keep the information you share with me confidential and use it only to deliver your service. I will not share your personal materials publicly without your written permission. See my Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost wages or lost opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
