Educator
I started in education. I planned, taught, led, managed dozens of priorities at once, and learned how to help people grow. I loved the work, but I wanted a career with more room to grow than the path in front of me.

Corporate
My first corporate role taught me that the skills I built in education were exactly what organizations needed. The hard part was learning how to explain them. Once I could, my career moved quickly.

Vice President
I rose to Vice President at a national organization, leading teams and hiring for them. From that seat I saw how many talented people get overlooked because their resume doesn't speak the language of the role, and how quickly that changes once it does.

Founder
I created Pivot to Possibility to give educators what I had to figure out alone: a clear direction, the right language, and materials that make a hiring manager take notice. Today I run it full time, and I've helped more than 400 educators make their move.
