Ashley Jacot is a career strategist, speaker, and the founder of Pivot to Possibility. She began her career as an educator, spending six years in schools before moving into the corporate world. Over the next nine years she built a career that led to serving as a Vice President and hiring leader at a national organization, where she led teams and hired for the roles many career changers now pursue.

Today Ashley runs Pivot to Possibility full time, helping educators and education leaders translate their experience into corporate and nontraditional careers. She has helped more than 400 educators through career transitions. Her talks draw on both sides of the hiring table to show audiences that their current career does not have to define the rest of their professional life.
